The order is dispatched within 48 hours of the order confirmation.
Delivery time varies depending on the shipping address.

Delivery To US: 3~4 days
Delivery to the Rest of World: 5~8 days

How Can I earn reward points?

  • You can earn reward points in many ways! Please find ways to earn in the below.

    Subscribe email listing : 200 points
    Create account: 200 points
    Leave a Review : 500 points
    Enter your birthday : 200 points
    Place Order : 10 points for every $1 you spent

How can I redeem my reward points?

  • You can redeem your reward points at the reward point tab on the desktop homepage.
    Click Get Rewards and choose between a $10 and $20 order discount.
  • The minimum redeemable reward points are 1,000 points

Cancellations and returns

Returns - Change of Mind
You are eligible to return within 30 days after delivery.
If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning items.

you might be entitled to a replacement, refund, or repair.

Warranty

Neo Smartpen offers a 1-year limited warranty for smart pens purchased within this shop.

We do not offer a warranty and do not reimburse for any defects or damage found on smartpens
or other devices that have been purchased from outside of shop.neosmartpen.com

Please contact the reseller for the warranty.
