Neo Smartpen’s new rewards program offers our customers extra perks when shopping at shop.neosmartpen.com. In addition, Neo Smartpen members earn points that accumulate for redeeming reward coupons. It’s available to everyone who signs up at shop.neosmartpen.com!
How do I join Neo Smartpen’s Reward Program?
Joining is free and easy! All you need to do is create an account with us at shop.neosmartpen.com. Then, you will be able to access the Rewards Program by clicking the Neo Smartpen Perks widget located on the bottom right of the website.
How do I earn points?
There are various ways to earn points! Just by signing up, you are given 200 points. After that, you can earn 10 points per dollar with every purchase at shop.neosmartpen.com. In addition, you can earn points by following and liking on social media and celebrating your birthday with us!
Also, Neo Smartpen Rewards offer Referral program. Give your friends a reward and claim your own when they make a purchase!
How do I use my points?
There are three different rewards available to redeem - $5, $10, and $20 vouchers - which can be used on your future order. You can use your points to redeem reward coupons through the Neo Smartpen Rewards widget located on the bottom right of the website.
Can I use reward coupons with other coupons / promotions for an order?
Unfortunately No. A reward coupon cannot be combined with other coupons / promotions. In other words, only one coupon / promotion can be used per order.
I didn’t mean to use my points to redeem rewards. Can I get them back?
Yes. Just contact our Customer Support Team, and we will assist you in getting your points back.
Can my purchases from Amazon, eBay, or Authorized Sellers qualify towards my Rewards Points?
No. Those channels will not be eligible towards our shop.neosmartpen.com Rewards Program since Amazon, eBay, and Authorized Resellers operate independently with their own promotional events, discounts, policies and purchases.
What happens if I cancel or return an order that I used my reward coupon on?
The amount of reward points used to redeem that reward coupon will be credited back to your account. If not, please contact our customer support team: support@neosmartpen.freshdesk.com.
Do Neo Smartpen Reward points expire?
Yes. All unredeemed points will expire on a rolling basis for customers who have not engaged in points activity for 2 years (720 days) or more. We will notify you via email 10 days before your points expire so you know to keep them alive.
